Amor Felicitas is passionate about the breed Russkiy Toy. Our objective is to promote the breed and develop it in Western Europe. We focus on careful selection based on health, temperament and character, and overall conformity with the breed standard.
Having lived and been in love with this breed since 1994, we became active in dog shows in Europe in 2022. After initial success in dog showing, we realised that this breed is still very little known and decided to travel more widely, bringing our dogs to shows in other countries, engaging with members of the public as much as possible. After seeing some demand for our dogs to be studs for other breeders, we decided to try to breed ourselves. Our first litter was born in late 2024.
As we are a small family kennel, we only produce one or maximum two litters per year. Each of our matings is carefully selected with a certain objective in mind. Our overall breeding objective is to improve with every generation, taking into account the anatomical features of each dog, their temperament and character.

What does “Amor Felicitas” stand for?

Our kennel name is inspired by the Latin phrase “ubi est amor felicitas est”, which translates as “where there is love, there is happiness”, because we think this fully encapsulates our experience with our dogs: our dogs give us so much unconditional love and make us so happy! And we hope that every dog owner feels the same way.
And we are certain that every one of our puppies will equally grow to bestow unconditional love to their families and bring a lot of joy and happiness into their lives!
